EZ-Pass

City officials or former city officials abuse their power regardless of what the law may be. But having the option to freeload for life is obnoxious. According to the Daily News, former and current employers of the MTA have access to free EZ-pass: For Life! And guess whose paying for it? Us! the taxpayers. The MTA spokees person has said " it was a token of appreciation", if the MTA wishes to show appreciation why not just buy the chocolate and flowers or a simple Metrocard? Instead they've received EZ-pass which could be worth thousands of dollars a year, but it's not as if they've got one, some officials have revieved up to 12 EZ-passes. Most of these people involved happens to be millionaire, so why bother freeloading off the people? Because it's free and no one bothered taking action against it!
